Wayside School is Falling Down by Louis Sachar is an entertaining book. This is the 2nd book in the series. 
The thirty floor is back with more hilarious stories. 
Mrs. Jewls gets mean, Maurecia finds a bag of money and Joy really wants it, and Allison goes to Miss Zarves on the 19th floor even though there is no Miss Zarves or 19th floor and more!
 I recommend this book to 3rd graders and up.
